Safety and rules
- No glass containers are allowed on the boardwalk of the pool.
- Pushing, shoving or rough play in the pool or on the boardwalk is prohibited.
- Swimming is not allowed for anyone with diarrhea, contagious skin lesions, or any condition that poses a risk of spreading infection or contaminating the water.
- Prolonged and repeated breath-holding is prohibited, except during supervised activities.
General water park rules
- Cash payments are accepted.
- Any child under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is 16 years of age or older.
- Any child under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a person 16 years of age or older within arm’s reach.
- Please shower before entering any aquatic zones.
- Proper swimwear is required at all times (synthetic fabric).
- Toddlers must wear waterproof swim diapers.
- Diving into any pool is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the building.
- Violent or sexual behavior will not be tolerated.
- Oceania Water Park is not responsible for lost of stolen belongings.
- Guests use all areas of the park at their own risk.
- Outside food is not allowed on the boardwalk or in the pool areas. Food must be consumed only in the cafeteria on the 2nd floor.
- Running on the boardwalk is prohibited.
- Reserving chairs is not allowed.
- Bringing alcoholic beverages from outside the water park is strictly prohibited.
- Anyone impaired or putting their own or others’ safety at risk will be asked to leave the water park.
- Use of cell phones and photography is not allowed, to respect the privacy of other guests.
- Strollers, wheelchairs, walkers and other equipment must be cleaned in the shower area before entering the boardwalk.
- Failure to comply with instructions from lifeguards will result in immediate removal from aquatic area.
Guest Safety and Responsibility
- All tickets purchased are final sale.
- Tickets and non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value, regardless of the reason.

To ensure your safety and the quality of our water attractions, some may be temporarily closed for maintenance or operate on a rotation schedule depending on attendance.
